DEAR GENTLEMEN,
Greetings, I hope that everyone’s new year is starting out pleasant and that all of you are healthy and happy. It is imperative that you let me know ASAP. There is a two queen bed room available at the mansion that is capable of supporting two couples (shared room) with a full attached private bathroom. We are now just 3 short weeks from Superbowl weekend and the room may not last, so contact me immediately.
Also, let this notice be a reminder that April 30th will be upon us in no time. That is the “deadline” to receive payments ($300.00) for our upcoming trip to New York City this fall. As soon as the 2012 NFL Schedule comes out (around the middle of April) we will know exactly which game and date we will be attending. Please, don’t wait until the last minute to pay (we accept partial payments and will keep track of your payments). The “deadline” (April 30th) will be very strict this year as this is an “out of town” trip and there is no “lockout” to deal with.

I am extremely sad to announce that the mother-in-law (Mrs. Lucy Irvin) of Wayne Lucas Sr. one of our newest members has passed away recently. In the tradition of our brotherhood we would like to extend our deepest sympathy to Wayne, his wife and their family. SUPERBOWL EXTRAVAGANZA
Dear Gentlemen,
It is now time to register for rooms in the Las Vegas Mansion for DTDT Sports second annual Superbowl Extravaganza. We will be located at the same place as last year. (Information on the rooms is listed below). Those deposits to stay the weekend at the house are now due and the deadline for this (full) payment is December 31, 2011 check-in will be Saturday afternoon (2/4/12) @3pm and check- out will be Monday morning (2/6/12) @10am. The weekend shall consist of individual activities for Saturday afternoon/evening as participants arrive to the Las Vegas area. We are asking that all of the weekend participants who are staying at the house that weekend to please bring a few snack foods of your choosing particularly for Saturday afternoon/evening. DTDT will provide “some” food and beverages for Saturday as some of us/you will be lounging around the house that evening. Feel free to relax at the house, venture out to the Strip or Downtown areas or whatever suits your taste. Beginning Sunday Morning DTDT will provide a light continental breakfast featuring (coffee, fruit, pastries, etc. ) and then begin preparing for a Grand DTDT Style, Catered Superbowl Party! The party will offer a variety of barbecued meats and trimmings, sandwiches, finger foods, chips and salsa, etc. All of the soft drinks, water, beer, alcoholic beverages, coolers, etc . will also be available for the choosing. Then there are big screen TV’s located throughout the facility for your Superbowl viewing pleasure, also the “Media” room now has cable tv, which will allow viewing of the Supebowl in that room as well. After the game there should be plenty more time to continue partying or relaxing or helping Las Vegas Casino’s pay their light bills. At any rate, there will be time to enjoy each other’s company and enjoy the camaraderie of all of the participants of the weekend. Monday morning we will check out of the house and go our merry ways. All guests who are not staying at the house that weekend are invited to come out to the “Party Only” provided they pay a $50.00 cover charge in advance, by absolutely no later than Saturday, January 28, 2012 (as an accurate head count must be given to our caterer and for our supplies purchases). There will be a $75.00 charge at the door after that date and at the door.* Also, please know that you must have your own overnight accommodations, you will not be allowed to stay overnight for free at the house on Sunday night. It wouldn’t be fair to those who had secured their stay at the house way in advance for their right to stay.

- 3 rooms with 1 Queen bed/each. Sleeps up 2/each rm…$350.00/per rm . (includes 2 nghts)*
- 5 rooms with 2 Queen beds/each. Sleeps up to 4/each …$400.00/per rm. (includes 2 nghts)*
Costs: Food and Beverages
- Catered BBQ with all the trimmings and alcoholic beverages included) Game Day….$50.00/per person

THE FOLLOWING IS A LIST OF EXPENSES YOUR DTDT DEPOSIT COVERS ($300.00) FOR OUR UPCOMING TRIP TO NEW YORK, NY.

- All (catered) tailgate party expenses (alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages included)
- Tavern and Bowl (or similar) get together including all food items, soft drinks and bowling (Saturday afternoon/evening) (Mandatory!!)
- “Emergency” Expense Fund (listed on “by laws page on web)
- “Unexpected” Expense Fund (elimination of “pass the hat”)
